Notice of Property Lease
Lots #5 and #6, University Fraternity Subdivision, Rolla, Mo.
The University of Missouri received a fully executed extension of a lease for Lots #5 and #6, University Fraternity Subdivision, Rolla, Mo., to The Alumni House Fund Association on June 2, 2009, for Missouri University of Science and Technology. The Â鶹´«Ã½iosÆ»¹û°æ approved this lease extension at their April 3, 2009, meeting. The lease extension is for an additional 50 years through December 31, 2070 at the current annual rent of $200 plus a proportionate share of the cost of repairs, maintenance and upkeep of utility line and roads serving the area.
